Muhamaad(x2) Calls Political Bloggers Cowards+Pondan?

Posted: August 19, 2007 in Freedom of Speech

 Mohammad(x2) fondly known as Mat Tyson apparently has once again tried to hit bloggers below the belt. Am I surprised? Well I thought after being away from my laptop and Internet for a few days perhaps this people would come up with something new to diss us about but sadly there can’t seem to find a better scapegoat than us bloggers. Describing writers of political blogs seemingly brave but in reality are cowards, Mohammad(x2) didn’t stop there but went on further to justify his use of the word “coward” because he felt that bloggers hid behinds their blogs begin registered overseas.

I think what irritates Mohammad(x2) is that he has no control and he can’t do much about his predicament.He is just basically pissed that no matter how hard he tries, he can’t seem to get bloggers off his case, but I think he kindda asked for it, don’t you? 🙂

 “Why I say they are coward? Because they are afraid of using (web) addresses in the country but use overseas addresses to slam our country leaders. Is this the character of a man? This is not a man, this is a ‘pondan’.

You see what I mean he just never learns! Don’t we have enough of names/nick-names for bloggers? But no…oh no he has to add on to the list(must look macho! He wants to share the spotlight~echo chamber) So to further insult and irritate bloggers he calls them ‘pondan’. I mean these people are supposedly leaders of the country, supposedly great minds, supposedly knows it all…but there continue to behave like IDIOTS!

He says there are not afraid of bloggers, not afraid to communicate and face us, to reply to us. Then I ask what the hell are they waiting for? Bring it on! But they rather play the name-calling game, makes them feel more powerful.  Mohammad(x2) further proves his “idiotic behavior” by saying;

Umno leaders were not afraid to response to all allegations contained in the blogs but were sure that despite the replies, the bloggers would not take the side of the government”

Doesn’t he relies that the point of having a discussion or addressing the issue is not necessarily to manipulate people but to give them the opportunity to evaluate themselves by the news presented from the opposing sides? To let the ‘rakyat’ decide whether they believe what the supposed political bloggers or what the UMNO leaders have to say…Why does the addressing of this issues have to result in taking sides? Is all lost if we do not take the sides of the government? You have the mainstream media to take your side, what else you want?

Frankly speaking I have no idea where they are trying to take this crap to and to what sort of extent are they trying to blame bloggers for everything.  At this point they have channeled all their efforts toward bringing down the political bloggers what they forget is that the blogosphere doesn’t only consist of political bloggers but all sort of bloggers from those who write personal blogs, lifestyle or hobby blogs, rants etc. Political bloggers are not the only blogger who write about what’s happening in the country, government or bloggers. I guess they are trying to narrow down their targets, so its easier for them to hunt us down. What do you guys think on this issue?  It seems never ending especially with this goon and Khairy who constantly are attacking bloggers joined by their band of supporters.

    A toothless dog barks the loudest. They can’t stand the dissing because they know that its true too. They say we’re a democratic country, but the government is hiding their communist tendencies behind that facade.
